We offer an immediate on-location photo delivery service for an additional charge. This is a great option for businesses that want to keep their social media outreach on point. By having photos delivered immediately, businesses can share them on social media as soon as they are taken, which helps to generate excitement and engagement with their followers.
THE EXPERIENCE

Send us an email with the date of your event to check our availability. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
After approval, a 50% booking deposit can be submitted online. The remaining balance can be set to auto-pay for your convenience.

Depending of the size of your event, we can scale up our crew to fit your needs. For all events, Tico Mendoza will be the primary photographer or videographer.

We will be on location 15 minutes early to check in with you and prepare our equipment to start shooting on time.

We use the online gallery, Pixieset, to deliver our images. It provides large thumbnails for easy sorting and image selection. If you need a specific method for delivery, we can accommodate our process to fit your needs.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
Event photography pricing is based on consecutive hours of photographic coverage. We have the ability to cover events of any size, just tell us what your needs are.
In addition to the photography, we offer some exciting upgrades that make it easy to market your event on social media. Check out what we have available and let us know what your needs are.
Event Photography Coverage $320/hr
Event coverage includes one professional event photographer providing coverage. Minimum of two hours.
Immediate turn in $300/day
Our team will sort and deliver the "best of the best" images up to three times a day during the event. This will enable your team to post up to date images on your social media channels.
Rush Image Delivery $250/day
Our team can sort and deliver all of the images captured at your event and deliver them to you at the end of each day.
